HDPE Solid Wall Cable Pipes

HDPE solid wall cable pipes are based on PN10 specification. Used for electrical cable protection, installed underground or for road crossing. These pipes can be joined in long length for horizontal direct drilling (HDD), a trenchless method of installing underground pipes. JPT Pipes Sdn Bhd HDPE solid wall cable pipes are available in sizes 110mm, 160mm and 200mm. Other sizes are available upon request subject to term and condition.

HDPE Pipes

Polyethylene HDPE Pipes are lightweight and flexible, making them easy to be produced and packed in long length (coil). The flexibility enables HDPE Pipes suitable for installed in uneven terrain. HDPE Pipes are joined by butt fusion welding and electrofusion welding. In addition, HDPE Pipes can be joined using flanges, threaded connections and mechanical couplings.

Our HDPE Pipes are available in sizes from OD 20mm to 630mm in pressure classes from PN10 to PN16.

HDPE Corrugated
Cable Pipes

HDPE corrugated cable pipes are flexible and available in long length packing. Light weight for easier handling.

Available in double wall type with corrugated exterior profile provides better compaction strength, smooth interior reduces friction during electrical cable installation.

JPT Pipes Sdn Bhd HDPE corrugated cable pipes are available in sizes 100mm, 150mm and 200mm.

PVC Conduits

PVC conduits also known as PVC Telekom Pipes, commonly used to protect sub-ducts and telecommunication cables buried in ground. PVC light weight makes it easier and less costly to handle and install.

JPT Pipes’s PVC conduits /Telekom pipes are available in size 107mm only.
